Eden Novia F2, a very bright and secure residence with a landscaped terrace, is located in a building renovated in 2025, ideal for a tourist or business trip. It is close to the city center train station and Pasteur Park. The apartment is prepared and cleaned before each arrival to ensure guest comfort. Bed linens and basic household linens are provided upon arrival, along with a personalized welcome upon key handover and a tour of the apartment. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals during their stay. No hotel services are offered during the stay. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and its free private parking, as well as access to a shared bicycle storage area. Pets are not allowed. Unfortunately, the residence is not currently equipped for people with reduced mobility.
